Reception mode videoconferencing for citizens living in rural areas

Today, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with the aim of providing legal assistance to citizens living in remote areas, the reception of video conferencing.
Reception were Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L. Glukhova., in conjunction with Article human rights Ombudsman in the Republic of Tatarstan, S. Saburskova and the Commissioner for the rights of the child in the Republic of Tatarstan, G.. Udachina.
The admission was made 28 citizens of 15 municipal districts of the Republic, addressed issues related to the protection of citizens ' rights, including the protection of the rights of minors. In particular, clarification was given regarding the tutelage and guardianship authorities, the housing of minors and young families, the provision of land, social benefits, sales of medicines in the medical attendant obstetrical points, destination of free baby food.
Given the active engagement of people living in rural settlements in this event, at the end of the video receiving the Minister appealed to the inhabitants of the Republic to make greater use of the existing technical capacities in areas that allow you to apply directly to the heads of ministries and departments in video mode as well as in online rx with addresses their issues.
In the future it is planned to conduct joint video-techniques on the most pressing issues on a quarterly basis.
Making a report on the work done by the Ministry in 2014, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the republic Elmira Zaripova said that in 2014 average monthly salaries for 11 months grew 10.1 per cent, totaling to 27,597.2 roubles, while real salaries increased by 2.7 per cent in Tatarstan. According to her, Tatarstan is the leader in terms of wages among regions of the Volga Federal District.
On January 24, speaking at a session of Tatarstan Prosecutor’s Office on results of activity in 2014 and tasks to strengthen legality in 2015, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said all that is currently being done in Tatarstan, is greatly facilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the republic.
Making a keynote report at the session, Tatarstan Minister of Internal Affairs Artem Khokhorin said that 44,781crimes were committed in 2014 that is less than in 2013 (46,021). The crime rate is the republic is lower than average rate in Russia and Volga Federal District. Employees of law enforcement agencies revealed 22,908 crimes in 2014.
Speaking at the session, Tatarstan President noted that a large amount of work aimed at economic growth and increase of investment attractiveness, including anti-corruption measures, was done last year. Among main activities Rustam Minnikhanov pointed out introduction of electronic document management system, development of state social services, electronic public administration system, - information resource “Electronic Tatarstan”.
A research and practice conference was held at the beginning of the year to exchange experience in organisation of anti-corruption work among specialists and scientists from 33 Russian regions and foreign countries. The idea was supported by Tatarstan President and Institute of legislation and comparative legal studies under Russian Government.
